Same-Day Doctor Appointments in Fresno — See a Physician Today
When you need a doctor today, you should be able to see one today.
At Modern Medicine Group, we offer same-day appointments and welcome walk-in patients so
you do not have to choose between your own doctor and a crowded urgent care clinic.
Our board-certified internists are here, they know your history, and they can handle most of the
conditions that send people to urgent care — without you ever leaving your primary care home.

Same-day · Urgent care · ER
Where to go,
row by row.
We built this table because it's the single most useful thing a primary care office can give you. Save it. Send it to your parents. Most of the time, your own doctor is the best answer — and we can usually see you the same day.
