Your primary care doctor
in Fresno should know you — not just your chart.

At Modern Medicine Group, your care is delivered by two board-certified internists who trained at top programs, chose to practice in Fresno, and built this clinic specifically to give Central Valley patients the kind of medicine they deserve. We are accepting new patients right now — including Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

Same-day appointments are available. Walk-ins are welcome. And you will always see a board-certified physician, not a physician assistant filling in for a doctor who is too busy to see you

Why Modern Medicine

Your primary care doctor in Fresno should know you — not just your chart.

We built this clinic for the patients corporate primary care leaves behind: older adults on Medicare, working families who need same-day care, and anyone who is tired of being a chart number.

01

Both physicians are board-certified internists

Internal medicine is the specialty built for adult health. You get a doctor trained for the full scope of adult care — not a generalist juggling pediatrics through Medicare.

02

Physician-led, not corporate

Founded by Dr. Kamalmeet Kaur — a physician, not an administrator. No corporate layer pushing 30 patients a day. We take time because that is how medicine should work.

03

Fresno natives who chose to come back

Dr. Virk grew up here, attended Buchanan High, and returned after residency. Both physicians have deep roots in the Central Valley.

04

Same-day & walk-in appointments

You should not have to wait three weeks to see your primary care doctor for a problem that needs attention this week.

05

Medicare & Medicare Advantage accepted

We accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and most HMO/PPO plans. One of the most highly-rated Medicare practices in Fresno — and actively growing.

06

On-site lab

Your bloodwork and your visit happen in the same place, on the same day. No separate trip to the lab.

Annual Wellness Visits

Your yearly physical is the foundation of your health. We review your history, order appropriate screenings, update your medications, and make a plan for the year ahead.
